Kaiser Permanente – Capitol Hill Campus MIMP

A Major Institution Master Plan (MIMP) Standing Advisory Committee has been formed to provide feedback on projects planned and under development by the hospital to ensure it complies with its Master Plan. The Master Plan describes zoning rules, long range planning of the property, and transportation planning. Details are hereand here.

Seattle City Council Public Hearings

On December 5, 2018, the Seattle City Council will hold three public hearings that concern:

  • Two proposed amendments to Seattle 2035, the Comprehensive Plan - Notice
  • Proposed legislation amend Seattle Municipal Code (SMC) pertaining to transportation level of service standards and requirements for addressing transportation impacts - Notice
  • Consideration of amendments to the Comprehensive Plan, Seattle 2035, related to transportation impact fees - Notice
